What is BrandMyStream?

BrandMyStream is a marketplace where Twitch streamers sell timed logo placements on their livestream overlay. A brand pays for a spot, uploads a logo, and the logo shows on stream through an OBS browser source.

How do Twitch overlay sponsorships work?

The streamer publishes a public page with priced overlay spots. The brand uploads a logo, then pays the streamer directly. After the streamer confirms payment, they can approve the brand. The logo appears on the live overlay. Purchased time counts only while the channel is live.

Does BrandMyStream take a cut of brand payments?

No. Streamers pay for the software (free or Pro). BrandMyStream takes 0% commission on what brands pay for overlay spots. Brands pay the streamer directly (PayPal or a payment link). The streamer confirms the payment in the dashboard.

Do I need OBS to sell spots?

Yes. Logos appear through a transparent OBS browser source at 1920×1080. Without that overlay on the scene you actually stream, brands will not show on stream.

When does purchased time start?

Time starts only while the streamer is live and the overlay is loaded. If they go offline, remaining time pauses and continues on the next live session.
